Q: IS IT SAFE TO BUY A DIAMOND AND OTHER PIECES OF JEWELLERY OVER THE INTERNET? Is the jewellery certified?

Yes. It’s completely safe now a days to buy a diamond or jewellery online, people even buy cars and trains online! Well, we use the same technology that the banks use to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your information, so you can order a diamond necklace or a gold jewellery without worrying about a thing. Q: What if I do not find the piece that I wanted on the site anymore? Can I still place an order?

Sometimes we do not have certain pieces in our stock. Or, it might have been relocate it to any other page. But if you really need the desired product, we will always try our best to help you get the same. For this, you need to get in touch with the customer care team on 011-46038212

Q: Are pendants available with the chain?

Yes. We have a range of chains for you. You need to select the preferred pendant and you can also find an option to check out the chains. The price that is mentioned near pendant is only for the pendant and the cost of chain is separate.

Q: Are the diamonds sold on your website conflict free?

We take ethical diamond trading seriously and source diamonds from reputed suppliers with certifications that ensure the diamonds are conflict free.

Q: Could you explain the 4C's - diamond cut, colour, clarity and carat weight?

These 4Cs are important characteristics of the diamond that defines its overall appearance and price. The Diamond cut helps identify the shine and brilliance of the stone. Colour classifies the diamond on a scale of colourless to visible yellow. Delivery and Shipment

Q: What is the estimated time for the products to be delivered?

Made-to-Order

Products are customized as per your specifications and are manufactured once you place an order it usually takes 8-10 working days to ship your product.

Same Day Shipping

We offer more than 3000 design available at showroom and are shipped directly from showroom within 48 hours of order confirmation. You can explore same day shipping products here.

Q: What is the mode of delivery?

We make sure to deliver the products through popular insured couriers like Sequel. If courier service is not available in your locality, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience.

Q: Is my product safe?

Your piece of jewellery is shipped in a durable condition and tamper-evidence packing is done so that the product remains intact. We provide complete insurance to your jewellery till it reaches you as we deliver the products to you through reputed courier facilities like Sequel. We advise not to accept such products that are tampered with seal or packaging.

Q: Is there a provision to change the shipping address after placing the order?

If the product is not yet shipped, you can easily get the shipping address changed. In such cases, we will make sure to coordinate with our courier agencies to get it delivered to the latest address. You can get in touch with the Customer service team on 011-46038212 to help you with it. If the product is in transit and the address cannot be changed, we will make sure to reship such product to new address when the product is returned to us.

Q: If I am not at home, please let me know what will happen to the product that should have been delivered.

Our courier agents will always leave a message in such circumstances and will try to deliver the product to you again. However, we request you to plan your purchase and coordinate with the courier team, so that product gets delivered at the right time usually courier partner attempt two deliveries than they will return the parcel or an nominal additional fees may apply for special delivery schedule.

Q: How can I get the status of my order?

You can easily track the status of order by logging in to our website and clicking on Track Order.

Q: Do you have the facility of Transit Insurance?

We provide free transit insurance on all goods till they reach you.

Q: How can I place an order?

  • Choose your jewellery and click on “Buy Now/Add to cart” button
  • You will be then redirected to your shopping cart page – click on 'Place Order' to make payment for the piece or click on 'Continue Shopping' to add more products in your cart
  • Enter all your details – name, contact number, email ID and billing & shipping addresses and continue to payment
  • Choose your payment mode and complete the payment
  • You shall receive an order confirmation email to the e-mail address you provided while placing the order

Q: How do I track my order?

  • You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the My Account section.
  • In the My Account section click on the My Orders link to view the status of all your orders.
  • To view the status of a specific order, click on the Order Number link.
  • We also send regular updates regarding your order over email and SMS.

Q: How can I cancel my order?

Q: What is the procedure to return the products under Easy Returns and Exchange Policy?

Call our Customer Care team at 011-46038212 or email us at support@lordsjewels.com and place your exchange/ return request.

Secure your product with the original invoice, certificate(s), jewellery box, etc. in the tamper proof envelope sent to you along with the product.

Call our Customer Care team to inform once the secured envelope is ready and we will arrange for a pick up. Please ensure that you do not give open packets to our representative who comes to collect the product.

Upon a quick quality check of the received product at our end, our Customer Care team would process the refund/exchange.

Q: What are the conditions for the Lifetime Exchange and Buy-Back Policy?

The product should be original and accompanied with Original Product Certificate, Original Invoice and Bills

In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, we will send the product to the Lab for recertification before processing request. The shipping cost and the cost of such certification shall be borne by the customer.

Q: Are there any charges for shipping the product under Easy Returns/Lifetime Exchange policy?

Nominal logistics charges of Rs 500 is applicable in Lifetime Exchange Policy. For all the subsequent returns/exchanges under this policy, the shipping charges @ Rs 500 per request shall be borne by the Customer.

Product sizing

Q: What if in case I do not know the ring/Bangle size?

Q: What if the ring that I buy does not fit me?

We advise our customers to check the size of the ring before placing of an order or you can check the ring size guide online. After placing the order, if at all the ring that is purchased by you does not fit, then you need to send the ring back to us at your own cost. We request you to go through our exchange and return policy in detail.

Q: If the ring does not fit me, can I take the ring to my local jeweler to get it resized?

Yes you can. But however, we do not recommend it as we do not accept such items that are modified by third party. It also voids the 14 day return policy and lifetime exchange policy as such modifications, if done incorrectly, can lead to damage of the gems or even the strength of the setting.

Q: Are all the rings same in size or do you have different sizes available with you?

When you shop with us, the size of the rings will be shown to you. Other than the standard ring size that has been displayed, if you select any ring of other size, service might be required to get it adjusted. If you opt for the ring sizing service, it will take up to 3 additional business days.
